Bathrooms & En-suites
All bathrooms have white suites with chrome fittings and a chrome towel rail. There is half height tiling to all walls, recessed ceiling spotlights and a shaver light & power point. Plots 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 &14 have a fitted shower over the bath with screen. Plots 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 &13 have a shower attachment. All en-suites feature full height tiling to the shower cubicle with half height tiling to the remaining walls.
Kitchens
A new home wouldn’t be complete without a new kitchen, so each Portfield Mews home features a modern and stylish fitted kitchen, complete with all the latest appliances. You’ll find an electric single oven, 4-burner gas hob and glass canopy extractor, integrated upright fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer and a stainless steel single drainer sink unit. To complete the contemporary theme there are tiled splash-backs, recessed ceiling spotlights, under-pelmet lighting and ceramic floor tiling.
Externals
In keeping with the detailing of the interiors, every home at Portfield Mews has the following: White uPVC double glazed windows and doors. Turfed front and rear gardens with a paved patio area. Courtesy lights to the front and rear and each property has an external water tap and power point.
Internals
All properties at Portfield Mews are fitted with gas fired central heating, intruder alarms and integrated smoke detectors. There are BT and TV aerial points to the lounge and all bedrooms, every home benefits from feature doors with chrome furniture, smooth white ceilings with coving throughout and the walls are finished in New Gardenia.
