The Dene - Colden Common
The development is set in the village of Colden Common in Hampshire, just 5 miles to the south of Winchester.

Colden Common primary school is also at the heart of the village and is in the catchment area for Kings' School in Winchester.

Winchester is an unspoilt cathedral city on the edge of the South Downs and is England's ancient capital and former seat of King Alfred the Great. Today, Winchester combines the best of city life with the freshness of the surrounding countryside whilst being just one hour from London. Popular for its shopping streets and architecture, Winchester is most well known for its eleventh century cathedral and for the Great Hall which for over 600 years has housed the mysterious Round Table.
 
Home of good food, birthplace of the modern game of cricket, resting place of author Jane Austen. Southampton city centre is just 8 miles away from Colden Common. The modern West Quay shopping centre – one of the largest in Europe – helped the city to be ranked seventh for shopping in the UK. The City also has a sports centre, an Alpine Centre, Theme Park and Athletics centre used by professional athletes. It is also the home of Southampton University, and The Mayflower Theatre which hosts many leading musicals and shows. A vibrant, exciting nightlife with wine bars, restaurants and a thriving café culture can be found in the city centre.
